Bid Questions
Question What is the frequency for each location and also are the warehouses done on 2nd shift after 5? Are the warehouses 7 x a week?
Answer

  • Quick Care Mormon Trek (767 Mormon Trek Blvd, Iowa City) – 363 days a year need cleaning (closed Christmas/Thanksgiving), hours are 0700-1700 Sunday/Saturday, 0700-1900 Monday-Friday. I would recommend not coming until an hour after clinic closes (so not before 1800 Saturday/Sunday and not before 2000 Monday-Friday)

    • We have alternative hours on University holidays for which we are open but I wasn’t sure how specific we needed to get



  • Quick Care North Liberty (720 Pacha Parkway, North Liberty) – same as Mormon Trek

  • River Crossing Clinic (3056 River Crossing Ct, Riverside)- All Week days, closed all major Holidays and weekends. Hours are 0800-1700, Mon, Wed, Th, Fri and 0800-2000 on Tuesdays. Please note the Pharmacy MUST be cleaned while the Pharmacist is present so that area is to be cleaned first prior to 5:00 p.m.

  • North Liberty Pediatrics/Family Medicine (1765 Lininger Ln)

  • Monday- any time after 1800

  • Tuesday- any time after 2000

  • Wednesday- any time after 2000

  • Thursday- any time after 1800

  • Friday- any time after 1800

  • HLMC Warehouse (3350 2 nd St) 7 days a week beginning after 3:00 p.m.

  • 2 nd Street Warehouse (3400 2 nd St) 2 days a week (either Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday) after 3:00 p.m.

8/16/2023 10:00:00 AM (CT) Intent to Participate In On-Site Walkthrough The University will be offering an on-site walk through for interested suppliers. This walk through will be held on August 16 and August 17, beginning at 10:00 a.m. CST. Suppliers interested in attending the walk through are required to email Josh Hannan at joshua-hannan@uiowa.edy by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, August 14 with their intent to participate. Additional information regarding the walk through will be provided to Suppliers who have emailed their intent to attend.
