Question What are the main substrates that will be used for printing?

Answer We use a variety of roll substrates, mostly paper and vinyl. Our main rigid substrates are foam core, gator board, sintra, coroplast, aluminum, and acrylic. We have also printed on wood, tile, and glass. Please see attribute 54.

Question Would having a jettable primer/adhesion promoter be a benefit?

Answer We're not familiar with this but if it is something that would offer additional explainable value, please detail it on the bid.

Question What is the purpose for requiring light cyan and light magenta?
Answer There is not requirement of light cyan and light magenta. Attribute 49 states that we desire them.

Question We will need to better understand the University's requirement for braille/raised ink. Can we consult with stakeholder's that can help us identify the specifics for this requirement?
Answer Braille could be used in various applications. One example would be used for door signage; typically on an acrylic sign base.

Question Are there any doorways narrower than 66"
Answer There are no doorway width concerns for installation.

Question What version of Onyx Thrive is the University using?
Answer We are using Onyx Postershop Version 19 at this time, but we do try to upgrade versions when possible.

Answer We would like to take delivery as soon as possible.

Question What is the minimum acceptable resolution for your device?
Answer There is no minimum resolution. We would like to be able to print to 1440 dpi or higher.
