Question For number 12 (expertise) Do you want us to address additional services as far as executive search (e.g. physician search, locums, interim search)? Or other service lines in our company(VMS etc.).

Please provide information around any areas you can benefit the University in providing this specific scope of work that are not specifically mentioned. This should not be other services or service lines you provide but rather advantages the University would realize by working with you based on your expertise.

Our firm's strength is with senior/executive leadership for nursing. When reviewing the 4 levels of need by the University of Iowa.. Nursing Manager Director of Nursing Associate Director ACNO (we) will be best suited to identify candidates for the 2 more senior roles of the 4 listed (Chief's and Associate's). Given that parameter, would we still be open for consideration by the Selection Committee?

The University will review and consider all proposals, however we are most interested in a Supplier who can provide the full scope.
