Notes	The University of Iowa (hereafter, The University/University) located in Iowa City, Iowa, desires to obtain written proposals from qualified Suppliers to provide software that is currently on the market for a case management system. Please be aware that this is an extensive bid. All Suppliers are cautioned to allow ample time for the submittal of RFP responses well before the due date time requirement. Bids must be submitted via the eBid system. Questions regarding the bid may be submitted by registered Suppliers via the Questions tab within eBid prior to the question cutoff date. All Supplier questions and the University answers to those questions will be published sometime after the Questions close deadline for all interested Suppliers to review.

Question	If the need is to track the delivery of accommodations, do you need to track student or faculty accommodations?
Answer	The University needs the ability to track accommodations requested/provided for all students and all employees (staff, faculty, etc.)

Question	In section 45 it is mentioned accommodations must be tracked in a case management system. Is there a need to track the delivery of accommodations or track the complaint that an accommodation was not delivered.
Answer	The University would need to track the following information about an accommodation: 1) date accommodation requested 2) description of accommodation requested 3) ID of party requesting the accommodation The following is not currently available as information that we are able to track now, but is highly desired: 4) whether an accommodation was granted or denied, a.k.a. delivered

Question	RFP Bid Invitation line #45, Current State, provides the requested number of users. Does the number of users provided include all employees who will need access to the system, including investigators, staff members, attorneys? If not, please identify all who will require system access and what level of access those employees require.
Answer	The user list in RFP Attribute 45 do comprise the total number of users for OIE to use the proposed system, including staff members, response coordinators, investigators, directors, etc. Desired additional (lesser) levels of access to the proposed system is described in line 45 of the "Information Requested" spreadsheet.

Question	Line 15 of the Excel Requirements Document requests an integration with MAUI. Please confirm whether MAUI is web-based and provide additional program details.
Answer	MAUI is web-based and there are APIs available, but Moxie integrates with the MAUI data through the UI Data warehouse (Oracle).

Answer	There is no set go live date at this time.

Answer	The University anticipates a project start date sometime in the first 6 months of 2023.

Question	On approximately which dates (or date range) would you anticipate suppliers needing to provide a presentation on campus (if needed)?
Answer	The University will review all bid responses. If presentations are requested from any Suppliers, it is possible that presentations could take place sometime in February or March.

Question	Aside from the UI data warehouse, is Moxie integrated with any other databases or tools? If so, what are they are what types of data is sent or received by Moxie?
Answer	Moxie pulls data from several data sources: UI Data warehouse (Oracle), Identity warehouse (IDW – MSSQL), and Fraternity & Sorority Life Programs (FileMaker). Data pulled from the different systems: - UI Data warehouse - Student demographic, academic and athlete status data. - Identity warehouse – Student/Faculty/Staff demographic data. - Fraternity & Sorority Life Programs – Student participation in a Fraternity/Sorority.

Question	Is there a preferred ETL tool used with existing legacy systems?
Answer	Currently, Filemaker performs all “ETL” like actions for Moxie. Some other (non-Filemaker based) university applications use Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services.
