Contractor to remove and replace hoop building door at the Sac City Maintenance Garage.
Approximate size of door: 18' tall X 16' 3.5" wide. Contractor to verify dimensions on site.

Estimated start date: Project will begin upon award - once the notice to proceed has been issued
Estimated completion date: December 16, 2022

Contractor to be licensed for engineering for steel and fabric with the state of Iowa.
This is project is exempt from state sales tax.
Davis-bacon wages do not apply.
