Question When would be the expected installation/delivery date?
Answer When equipment is available. I understand the supply chain isn’t what it use to be. Therefore, we’re at the mercy when the vendor can get us the equipment. I understand most vendors are looking at 75 days out from date of purchase as an estimated arrival date.

Question On the Line Items Tab, there is only one space to insert the price. Do we include the one-year maintenance into the price of the equipment, or do we attach a separate page that would list the maintenance as an option?

Question On the Event Detail Page, It states that the bid closes on 12-20-22 @ 1PM. it then states that the Formal Opening is on 12-19-22 @ 1 PM. Can you please clarify that date that the bid is to be submitted by?
Answer Bid closes on 12-20-22 @ 1PM. I did an addendum, it should show the right time. PLease advise if any issue.
