Contract Award It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Award will be made for any one group or combination of groups. All items within a group must be bid to be considered for a group award, but other factors will be considered. Contract Begin Date Contract to begin on November 1, 2023 Contract End Date Contract to end on October 31, 2024 Contract Award The Contractor will be awarded a one (1) year contract with an option to renew for five (5) additional years in twelve (12) month increments. Contract Quantities Quantities listed are estimates only. Actual purchases may vary considerably based on actual needs throughout the contract period.
