Question Will ISU and UNI be able to share the portals for ordering and activating cards, or will they need to be separately branded for each?
Answer Each University will need to have their own branded portal.

Question Can the University provide examples of why they would request a gift card order to be canceled?
In 2022, how many orders did the University request to be canceled and how many were successfully cancelled?
Answer If the recipient does not claim the reward within a specific time frame, an incorrect recipient email address is provided, the recipients email gets hacked and they need it sent to a new email. We had one order requested and approved to be cancelled in 2022.

Question What international gift card merchants are currently offered? In 2022, how many international gift card orders were placed?
Answer The gift card options available for each country can be found on Tango's website at: https://www.tangocard.com/reward-catalog/. For calendar year 2022 we had 2 international orders to: India and Qatar.

Question Please provide any specific information or requirements needed in reporting.
Answer We need information about each order including, recipient name, reward amount, date sent, date reward was redeemed, and memo fields for our internal order number and the sender name. We also need information about total number of orders, total number of rewards sent, and total order amount.

Question Please outline the current process for generating and distributing the reward links.
Answer Any Iowa State employee can use our request form to purchase reward links for recipients, they provide the full name, email address, and country of the recipients. The Procurement Services department logs into our account to place the order and have the reward links sent to the recipients.

Question Of the total orders placed in 2022, how many were individual orders and how were bulk orders?
What gift card brands can currently be ordered in bulk? what was the average order size of a bulk order?
Answer The majority of orders were bulk, we do not have data on bulk versus individual. All orders are a reward link for the recipient to choose the gift card they want, regardless of individual or bulk orders. The top five retailers chosen by recipients are: Walmart, Target, Starbucks, HomeGoods, Applebee's.

Question What was the total number of gift cards order in 2022?
How many digital gift cards were issued?
How many physical gift cards were issued?
Answer For calendar year 2022, there were 5,761 reward links sent. All reward links are digital and the recipient chooses either an electronic or physcical gift card. We do not have data on what the recipient chooses.
