Answer Each package will be awarded to a single supplier, but ISU reserves the right to award packages separately.

Question Could you please confirm the scope of work? Are we only responsible for dock delivery on the large equipment?
Answer Suppliers should quote delivery and installation of the large equipment package. There is a line within that package to add delivery and installation charges.

1/4/2023 01:00:00 PM (CT) Site Visit A site visit will be held on Wednesday, January 4th, 2023. Any supplier bidding on the cooking equipment is required to attend so that they can view the existing utilities and make sure the items they are quoting will work within the existing layout. Suppliers should rsvp for the site visit by emailing dmohr@iastate.edu. We will meet in in the first floor lobby of the Scheman Building located at 1805 Center Drive, Ames, IA.
