June 30th is our fiscal year end. We are using Workday. We are not currently using special software for debt management, we are tracking with spreadsheets.

Would you be able to give an estimate of the anticipated lease and subscription volume (total number of agreements) and the current process?

|
Around 100 contracts will be tracked within the software. Lease details pertaining to GASB 87 are currently tracked in Excel, with additional documentation attached to the supplier contracts in Workday. Journal entries are compiled with information from excel amortization tables and uploaded into Workday.

For purposes of pricing, who is Iowa State University anticipating to extract and compile all of the lease and subscription details and schedules as part of the implementation process (ISU or vendor)?

ISU will compile the lease and subscription details that we would like to use the software to track. At implementation, assistance is requested for uploading the data as a batch, instead of entering contracts one by one manually.

we are happy to share our SOC 1 Type 2 report upon receipt of a signed NDA. Would ISU be willing to sign an NDA in order for us to share this report as part of our RFQ response?

Information submitted for the bid may be marked as confidential and will not be shared. Alternatively, there is a preapproved NDA that has been added to the attachments tab. This document can be used if it is accepted as is with no modifications.
