Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide labor and materials for the removal and installation of carpet at Stephens Auditorium.

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held Tuesday, February 7th at 2:00 PM at Stephens Auditorium 1900 Center Drive Ames, IA 50011, we will meet at the north door.
Please email Tisha Campbell at tishac@iastate.edu and let me know that you will be attending and how many
individuals will be in your group. The purpose of the pre-proposal meeting/site tour is to answer questions, provide further clarification as may be required and allow field verification of measurements. Contractor must field-verify all measurements provided in these documents. No additional compensation will be made for site measurement discrepancies that could have been made prior to the bid date.
Please hold all questions until the pre-proposal meeting. Verbal statements made by ISU representatives at this
meeting, regarding changes in this request for proposal, will not be considered binding, unless confirmed by written addenda. Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting/site tour is mandatory. Failure to attend or have representation at this meeting will result in Company or individual being ineligible to participate in the competitive process. |
