For installation services can you provide the following answers: Is non-union labor okay? Yes, this is fine.


Can we deliver during normal business hours? If not, what hours can we deliver? Yes, Delivery will be during normal business hours


Can we install during normal business hours? Do you have a standard dock or do we need to provide lift-gate? Yes, the Library has a standard dock so does our Central Receiving Facility.


Can your dock receive a 53' truck (semi)?


We can accommodate a 53’ semi but ideally they would go to Central Receiving where they have several bays to accommodate semi’s
