On behalf of the Chemical and Biological Engineering (CBE) Department, Iowa State University is requesting bids for a Protein Characterization System. The equipment will used for characterizing the quality of DNA and protein samples in a high-throughput manner, ideally 96-384 samples at a time. Specifically, we envision characterization of DNA and protein samples for concentration/titer, purity, and molecular weight sizing. PCR products and cell-free protein synthesis products are likely to be common samples analyzed.

It is highly desired that this equipment be delivered before January 31, 2024.

Suppliers should read all materials carefully and note the due date.

Question Can we provide a seperate oligonucleotide analyzer and protein analyzer or will you only accept a system that can process both?
