Question Is ISU ware washing equipment currently serviced by ISU staff or vendor?
Answer Current provider services the dispensing equipment which feeds into automatic and pot and pan machines. The current provider replaces entrance/exit currants, checks titration, ensures correct temperatures for top performance, cleans calcium deposits which may be clogging lines, etc. Suggests maintenance/repair needs for optimal performance. Cost of parts is passed on to ISU, labor is included in service.

Question Are there any restrictions related to liquid ware washing chemicals vs solids?
Answer No, assuming the vendor supplies necessary dispensing equipment and the titration and performance meet the requirements of cleaning/sanitizing.

Question Can a site survey of ware washing operations be performed?
Answer Yes, we will schedule a site visit on Monday, September 11 from 2:30PM CST to 3:30PM CST. Suppliers should meet at Friley Hall located at 212 Beyer Ct. Meet on the east side of the building. Suppliers can park at the MU parking ramp.

Answer We understand if units/pack sizes change. We provided the current volume with current pack sizes.
