Question Would you accept OPIS Average as a DTN equivalent?
Answer ISU has the following statement in the bid: Please state source of published terminal price, if available. This will allow you to state which service you would be use for pricing.

Question Is a metered bill of lading from the terminal acceptable as a metered ticket?
Answer Yes, if it shows, number of gallons, weight, temperature of the fuel oil and tare and net weights of the delivery.

Question Are common carriers considered subcontractors?
Answer If you are contracting another company to haul for your company, they would be considered a subcontractor.

Question Are applicable taxes to be listed separately on invoices?
Answer
Per the Scope of Work:

The bid margin is to be F.O.B. destination and shall NOT include Federal or State taxes. State exemption forms and Federal tax exemption number will be furnished to the successful bidders

Federal Lust – This fee will need to be a separate line item charge on the invoice and will NOT be included in the bid margin.

Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund (OSLTF) or Oil Spill Recovery (OSR) – This will be included in the bid margin.

Environmental Protection Charge – The EPC fund will not be included in the bid margin. Any above ground storage tanks are exempt and the tanks being used by ISU are above ground tanks.
