Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting information from qualified contractors to provide dryer vent system cleaning for the Department of Residence (DOR) and ISU Dining for various buildings on the ISU campus.
There will be a Mandatory pre-bid meeting, see Activities Tab. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is mandatory for all Contractors even if the Contractor has been awarded this Contract in the past.
Contractors should read all materials carefully and note the due date. Contractors must submit all questions in the "Questions" tab related to this bid opportunity.
Bids will be submitted through the ISUbid system.

There will be an MANDATORY pre-bid/site visit meeting due to the nature of this RFP/RFQ. Hold all questions about the bid until the pre-bid meeting.
ATTENDANCE AT THE PRE-BID MEETING/SITE VISIT IS REQUIRED.
Failure to attend or have representation at this meeting will result in the Contractor being ineligible to participate in the competitive bid process. This requirement is for all Contractors even if Contractor has been awarded this Contract in the past.
Pre-bid meeting information:
location: 1155 Administrative Services Building (ASB), 2221 Wanda Daley Dr., Ames, IA 50011. There are parking meters in the parking lot directly south of the ASB building and in the parking lot directly to the West of ASB
