Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting information from qualified contractors to remove and replace existing sprinkler heads in Buildings 13, 21, 22 and 23 in the Frederiksen Court Apartment Complex on the North end of Campus. Contracts will be awarded for each building.
Contractors should read all materials carefully and note the due date. Contractors must submit all questions in the "Questions" tab related to this bid opportunity. |

There will be an optional pre-proposal meeting and site visit due to the nature of this RFP/RFQ. The location of this meeting will begin outside of the NorthWest doors (parking lot 115) of the Frederiksen Court Community Center. This building is located on the ISU campus at
2129 Hawthorn Court Drive.
No verbal statements by ISU or its representatives at this meeting will be binding. ISU will post all changes and material clarifications in the form of an addenda after the meeting. Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-proposal meeting. Failure to attend or have representation at the meeting will not result in the Contractor or individual being ineligible to participate in the competitive process.
