Bid Questions
Question We're grateful for the opportunity to respond to the ISU RFQ for Exam Center Management following the RFP.

In reviewing the more detailed functional requirements, we're conscious that we can fulfil several partially, however our options to respond are on a Yes / No basis as opposed to an option for partial and to explain. Our preferred approach would be to declare candidly that we can partially comply, and offer to work with the University to deliver the required functionality by agreement as part of any implementation, collaboratively working with University colleagues in the event of a successful award.

We have taken this approach with current clients, this has worked very well to the satisfaction of both sides and we can supply some references to this end if useful.

Is this approach acceptable to ISU?
Answer Please review RFP and evaluation requirements provided. Each requirement section includes the ability to comment and describe requirements that are not able to be met. If additional explanation is needed, this can be included as an attachment. We will not consider a requirement to be met if that feature is only available in a future release of the platform.
