The City of Bettendorf, Iowa, is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced transportation providers capable of furnishing professional fixed route transit operations. The contract period will be for FY 2024 (July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024) and has the option to extend two (2) years. A pricing proposal is to be submitted for fixed rates to provide the services specified; rates shall remain in effect for the contract period. Prices submitted shall be inclusive of all labor , management, fuel, maintenance, vehicle storage facilities, and other provisions necessary to operate Saturday Fixed Routes Transit Services. Failure to submit all required documents will disqualify the proposal as being non-responsive.
