The City of Bettendorf is seeking bids to abate asbestos material(s) from three residential properties within the City. Abatement must be performed by a properly-licensed Contractor The properties are single-family homes located within the Duck Creek Floodplain and targeted for demolition under a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) program.

All proposals must be submitted via the City online bidding portal, Ionwave. No other submittal methods will be accepted.
