The proposed improvements consist of construction of a new aquatics facility and ice rink infrastructure including demolition and removal of existing facilities, new construction of multiple buildings, access drives and parking lots, and related mechanical, electrical and site improvements. The ice rink itself will be constructed as future work not part of this Contract.

Bids will be received for a single prime contract.

The bidder to whom the Contract is awarded shall commence work no later than the date to begin work set forth in a Notice to Proceed from the City or its authorized representative, to the Contractor. All work shall be done in strict compliance with the plans and specifications prepared by RDG Planning & Design.
