Are the tables to be delivered and assembled on the first floor and if not will an elevator be available?

No grommets, tables can be assembled in the meeting room at Eastern Ave Library/no elevator at that location.

Do table casters really need to be 3" diameter? Most standard casters between are between 2.4"-3". Please advise.
