The City of Davenport is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the demolition of Building F and the Old Maintenance Garage at 2800 Eastern Avenue, Davenport, Iowa 52803.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, October 12 at 1 pm 2800 Eastern Avenue, Davenport, IA 52803. Gather at Building F, see map in bid documents. This will be a time to see the buildings, discuss the plans and specifications, and address any questions or concerns. All contractors intending to bid on this project are encouraged to have a representative in attendance.
Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
