Bid Questions
Question

In the RFP it mentions there will be 65-70 staff using the system. Is this staff logged in at the exact same time or just the total number of staff with credentials? We price by the concurrent user, meaning the maximum number of staff that would be logged in all at once.

Answer The number of staff users referenced in the RFP is total staff user accounts. For concurrent staff users, that can fluctuate day to day, by season, and by time of day. In general an approximate number of concurrent users at any given time would be 15-20 during peak times and maybe 5-8 during off peak times.

Question Do you plan to use our Point of Sale (POS) system? If so, do you have a sense of the raw number of transactions that would be processed through the POS in 2023 & 2024?
Answer Yes, we will use POS in concessions and main reception at Admin facility and concessions and admission at two pool locations. Approximate combined number each year would be 22,000. In 2022, we had approximately 20,319 transactions for all three POS sites.

Question How many total registrations do you anticipate in 2023 & 2024? Separate 2023 and 2024 estimates with a comma. (i.e "1500, 1800") - This number should reflect the TOTAL number of registrations for ALL programs/classes considered in previous question. Please do not consider unique users here - if Sally registers for 7 programs she counts 7 times.
Answer 6,250 and 6,300 – we are not doing an extensive addition of new programs which would increase potential registrations, but have been steadily getting back to pre-Covid numbers which hovered around 6,600 in 2019.
