The City of Davenport is currently accepting proposals from qualified vendors to provide overhead door repair/replace services at various City-owned properties as specified. This service contract is anticipated to be for three years starting on April 1, 2023 and ending March 31, 2026. Proposals shall be for fixed hourly time and material rates over the contract period. All rates submitted shall be inclusive of all: labor, materials, equipment, utility, tools, transportation and incidentals necessary to perform the work specified.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held at the Davenport Public Works building, 1200 E 46th St, Davenport, IA 52807.
Vendors must log in to the eBidding system in order to submit a proposal. Each tab must be reviewed and responded to accordingly. No other methods of proposals will be accepted.
