Question When it comes to pricing in our response; is it necessary to include this section in the quotation response along with the other sections stated under "Proposal Format" or is it necessary to include pricing in a separate file?
Answer Pricing should be included as part of the Proposal Format section. A separate file is not necessary for pricing consideration.

Question Under Proposal Format, Ongoing and Completed Projects: In case of subcontracting for hits project, can we provide a list of ongoing projects from our subcontractor to comply with this requirement?
Answer For the scope of this RFQ, the city is not allowing the use of subcontractors.

Answer All references will be respected equally, but similarity of the reference to our project and scope will be noted favorably.

Answer The City does not have set page limits in regards to resumes. Resumes should outline team members’ experience and expertise for this project.

Question Is there a specific pricing format that needs to be taken into consideration for this part of the response? If not, can an Excel spreadsheet be used for this matter?
Answer Price formatting will be left up to the vendor. The City asks that it be in an easy to read format and submitted as part of your overall proposal.

Question Is there a preferable font type-size that needs to be used in responses to the RFQ?
Answer Currently, the City does not have a preferred font type/size when responding to RFQs. A legible and easy to read font/size should be used.
