Sealed bids for the work comprising the improvement as stated below must be received before 1:00 p.m. (local time), April 19, 2023, in the Office of the Airport Director. Sealed bids will be publicly opened, read aloud, and tabulated for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary for the Dubuque Regional Airport project: Construct Hangar 105
Project will include construction of a pre-engineered metal hangar. Improvements include a 12,000 square foot hangar and associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sitework.
The Engineer’s opinion of probable construction cost is $2,250,000.

There is no cost to the bidder for utilizing the DFS service. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from Tri-State Blueprint (563-556-3030), upon depositing the refundable sum of $50.00 per printed set of documents, or receipt of AGC, AMC, AMEC, MBI, or NECA card.

Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid. The bid guaranty may be by certified check or bid bond made payable to: Dubuque Regional Airport.
Bids may be held by the Dubuque Regional Airport Commission for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of the bid opening, for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract. The Dubuque Regional Airport Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or minor irregularities or to re-advertise for bids.
