It is the intent of the attached specifications to describe the requirements for a minimum 19,500 GVW regular cab 550 series 4x4 pick-up truck with Steel Service Body. All parts not specifically mentioned, but which are necessary to provide a complete unit shall be furnished by the successful bidder at the bid price and shall conform in strength, quality of material and workmanship that is usually provided by the engineering practice indicated in this specification.
