The City of Dubuque is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the replacement and complete installation of 6 boilers at the Grand River Center, 500 Bell Street in Dubuque, Iowa. Time is of the essence as there are no fully functioning boilers currently. While not included in the scope of this RFP, the current management company, OVG 360, is working to combine parts from the six existing boilers to temporarily restore function to some of them until the complete replacement project outlined in this RFP can be completed.
