Notes	The City of Davenport is proposing rehabilitation at 1826 W 4th St. This property will be rehabbed with federal funding and once complete will be sold to a qualifying home owner. The City is requesting General Contractor qualifications, pricing, references, schedule and scope of work summary for the rehabilitation. MANDATORY SITE VISIT - THIS PROPERTY WILL BE OPEN ON APRIL 19th, 2023 FROM 9:00 AM/CT - 11:00 AM/CT. ALL GENERAL CONTRACTORS INTENDING TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR THIS WORK MUST SIGN IN AT THE PROPERTY DURING THIS TIME. THIS WILL BE THE TIME TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS AND ASSESS THE NECESSARY WORK NEEDED. If awarded the Contract, a City of Davenport Contractor License will be needed for Contractor and all Sub-Contractors prior to contract signing.
