The City of Davenport, Iowa is accepting bids for 32% Calcium Chloride Solution for the 2023-2024 winter season.


This is a requirements-type contract where there is no guarantee of the actual quantity to be purchased during the term of the contract. Except in the case of delivery timing or product efficacy noted below, if the City has a requirement during the contract term the awarded vendor will receive the City’s order for the product.


The estimated quantity to be required during the term of the contract is 70,000 gallons, with an anticipated range between 20,000 and 100,000 gallons.
