Notes	The City of Davenport is proposing rehabilitation at 228 S Hancock Ave. This property will be rehabbed with federal funding and once complete will be sold to a qualifying home owner. The City is requesting General Contractor qualifications, pricing, references, schedule and scope of work summary for the rehabilitation. MANDATORY SITE VISIT - THIS PROPERTY WILL BE OPEN ON JUNE 7th, 2023 FROM 10:00 AM/CT - 12:00 PM/CT. ALL GENERAL CONTRACTORS INTENDING TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR THIS WORK MUST SIGN IN AT THE PROPERTY DURING THIS TIME. THIS WILL BE THE TIME TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS AND ASSESS THE NECESSARY WORK NEEDED.
