This bid is a re-issue to revise plan sheet E002 and the bid item list previously issued as bid 23-115 . This project is located in the Village of East Davenport and will update the electrical system from 240V to 120V. Based upon bid prices, as many poles and fixtures as possible (up to 65) will be replaced but staying within budget; a priority list has been provided. Existing foundations will be retrofitted to the greatest extent possible; some new foundations will be necessary. Line items related to repair of sidewalk or grass are associated with new foundations, new handholes, or the possible need to repair existing conduit/wire in targeted (unknown) locations.



Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport eBidding System; no emails, no faxes, no paper copies or any other method will be accepted.
