Notes	The City of Davenport is seeking to hire an engineering consultant to investigate solutions to improve traffic flow and safety in the area of Brady Street at the intersection with 65th Street/ Veterans Memorial Parkway including the frontage roads and the intersection of Jason Way. This is a complex area with closely spaced intersections, frontage roads, pedestrians, traffic entering and exiting from I-80, and weaving between the I-80 exit ramps and the intersection at Veteran’s Memorial Parkway. Proposals must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted.
