The City of Davenport, Iowa is requesting proposals from qualified firms to perform lobbying efforts in Washington D.C. on its behalf. These efforts will consist of promoting, advancing and advocating City’s projects and initiatives to federal agencies, elected delegation and appointed officials. The City’s intention is to enter into a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with a selected firm, but reserves the right to hire multiple firms in order to achieve its goals.
