Notes

Streetscaping of the northwest corner of 3 rd and Brady Streets, including new curb, ADA-compliant PCC & brick sidewalk, and new ornamental lights. The project is located on the north side of E. 3 rd St. from 116 W. 3 rd St. east to Brady St. AND the west side of Brady St. from E. 3 rd St. north to the alley. Work shall start after the St. Patrick’s Day Parade and be completed by June 30, 2023. The contract is for 60 working days.



A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00am November 8, 2022 at the project location -- Northwest Corner of 3rd and Brady Streets. This will be the time to discuss the plans and specifications, any concerns, and the city expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project are encouraged to have representative in attendance.
