The City of Davenport is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the CY 2024 50/50 Sidewalk Program. This sidewalk program will be used to repair existing sidewalks throughout the city; locations are based on citizen that have elected to utilize the 50/50 cost share program. This bid is for the Calendar Year 2024 Sidewalk Program. The program is budgeted for $300,000 worth of work in the construction season year, April 1, 2024 – November 27, 2024. A new location list will be provided each month during the construction season until the contract budget is met.



Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
