The City of Davenport, Iowa is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide revenue-generating transit advertising and marketing services on behalf of the transit agency of the City, Citibus. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating all revenue generative advertising activities on transit vehicles, bus shelters, kiosks, and other locations.

Proposals must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Each tab of the Request for Proposals must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
