Questions regarding the bid should be directed to the City of West Des Moines, West Des Moines IT Department, josh.dallman@wdm.iowa.gov. All questions must be received by March 6, 2024. Written answers to requests for clarification will be provided to all potential proposers by 5:00 p.m., local time, March 13, 2024.
Unit price shall be final, and the City of West Des Moines IT department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive irregularities and technicalities as determined to be in the best interest of the City of West Des Moines. Factors other than price will be considered in determining the bid award.
