The Pleasant Hill City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p . m. on April 23, 2024, at the Pleasant Hill City Hall Council Chambers, 5160 Maple Drive, Pleasant Hill, Iowa to consider bids received for the sale and removal of structures from the property located at 800 NE 64 ^th Street, Pleasant Hill, Iowa.

Any interested person may appear at the hearing and be heard regarding the proposed sale and removal of the structures. A detailed location map showing the property may be obtained at the Pleasant Hill City Hall, 5160 Maple Drive, Pleasant Hill, Iowa.
