NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDMENTS TO CITY ZONING CODE CHAPTER 165 TITLE, PURPOSE AND GENERAL PROVISIONS, CHAPTER 167 ZONING DISTRICT REGULATIONS AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS, CHAPTER 170 SIGNS, CHAPTER 172 PARKLAND DEDICATION AND CHAPTER 175 SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS FOR THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL, IOWA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on the 12th day of December, 2023 at the Pleasant Hill City Council Chambers, 5160 Maple Drive, Pleasant Hill, Iowa concerning amendments to City Code Chapter 165 Title, Purpose and General Provisions, Chapter 167 Zoning District Regulations and Performance Standards, Chapter 170 Signs, Chapter 172 Parkland Dedication, and Chapter 175 Subdivision Regulations.

Comments from citizens will be heard at the hearing. Written comments must be filed at the City Clerk’s Office no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 12, 2023.
