NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on the 23 ^rd day of January 2024, in the City Council Chambers, 5160 Maple Drive, Pleasant Hill, Iowa, concerning a rezoning request from A-1 Agricultural/Open Space District to R-3 Multiple-Family Residential District for property legally described as:

Real property in the City of Pleasant Hill, County of Polk, State of Iowa, described as follows:

The northeast quarter of Section 36, Township 79 north, Range 23 west of the 5 ^th principal meridian, Polk County, Iowa, except the south 630.5 feet of the west 326.53 feet thereof. Subject to highway easement. Containing 35.07 gross acres (34.28 net acres), more or less.

Comments from citizens will be heard at the hearing.  Written comments must be filed at the City Clerk’s Office no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, January 22, 2024.
