NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on the 8 ^th day of August 2023, in the City Council Chambers, 5160 Maple Drive, Pleasant Hill, Iowa, concerning a rezoning request R-1 Single Family Detached District to C-1 Neighborhood Commercial District for property generally described as 876 Shadyview Boulevard more particularly described as:

The North 110 feet, of the South 180 feet of the East 190 feet of Lot 17, Bechtold Heights, Pleasant Hill, Polk County, Iowa.

Comments from citizens will be heard at the hearing.  Written comments must be filed at the City Clerk’s Office no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 8 ^th 2023.
