Overview:
DOT is seeking a Contractor to provide all equipment, materials and labor necessary for the installation of furniture as per the attached scope of work during regular hours of 7:00a.m. - 4:00p.m. Monday through Friday statewide at DOT owned and leased facilities following the scope of work provided. Work scope to be provided by DOT, contractor to provide estimate based on the scope of work for each project, one agreed upon the project will be scheduled. Work orders to have a DOT point of contact identified to direct and verify the work.
DOT Estimated Contract Start Date: July 1

DOT Final Contract End Date: June 30, 2024
This contract does have the option to renew for up to 5 additional 1 year periods upon mutual agreement of both parties.
