Replace Impact attenuator located on 380, in the median, at MM 24.85.

Vendor to remove and dispose of old attenuator.

Awarded Contractor will need to provide a breakdown on costs of labor, materials, equipment, traffic control or mobilization on the invoice. This is needing for insurance claims.

Vendor must be registered with the Iowa Division of Labor and be listed on the State's list of Traffic Control Technicians. Vendor to provide certificate of insurance per attached specifications and list the Iowa DOT as additionally insured.

All lines must be bid in order to be considered.

Award

It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule.
