The Iowa DOT is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors to remove and replace approximately 264'4" of chain link fence including gate replacements . As per specifications and drawing.

Estimated Start Date: April 30, 2023
Completion on or before: June 15 2023
There is no pre-bid meeting scheduled at this time. Interested bidders can schedule a site visit with the Purchasing Agent via email at jody.mcnaughton@iowadot.us site visits can be scheduled between 7: 30 a.m. and 3: 30p.m. Monday - Friday.
The awarded contractor is responsible for verifying all field measurements prior to ordering.
It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Lines are tied; one award.
Until the contract is awarded the sole point of contact for this project is Jody McNaughton (see bid contact information). All questions related to this project are to be submitted through the IONwave Bid system.
This is project is exempt from state sales tax.
Davis Bacon Wages do not apply to this project.
