Alternates accepted with documentation. Work to be performed during regular working hours and days Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
Project construction period:
Estimated Start Date: July 15, 2023 July 31, 2023 Upon contract award, once notice to proceed email has been received. Coordination of project start date to be determined with Project Manager upon award.
Estimated Completion Date: September 30, 2023
This is project is exempt from state sales tax.
All buildings are ready for sound masking and occupied. No prior construction should be required before the installation of the sound masking system.
Until the contract is awarded the sole point of contact for this project is Teri Schulz (see bid contact information). Any and all questions related to this project included during a site visit are to be submitted to Teri Schulz in writing preferably through the ION wave Bid system. (See the cut off period for question submissions and Site Visit scheduling indicated below).

Contractors will be required to bring their own equipment needed for the site visit.
Any questions that arise during your site visit should be submitted using the Ion Wave system.
