This project will consist of the removal and replacement of existing EPDM Roof membrane and insulation and metal coping.
The estimated project period to begin May 13, 2024 and completion on or before August 9, 2024.
Contract Award
It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule.
Until the contract is awarded the sole point of contact for this project is Julie Brown (see bid contract information) any and all questions related to this project are to be submitted to Julie Brown through the IONwave Bid system. (See the cut off period for questions)
This is project is exempt from state sales tax.

Site visits must be completed prior to the Question Cutoff date. Contractors will be required to bring their own equipment needed for the site visit.
