Overview: The Iowa DOT is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors to furnish all materials, labor and equipment necessary for removing existing EPDM roof membrane and cover board, including downspouts and collector heads and replacing with new vapor barrier, cover board and EPDM membrane, downspouts and collector heads. Off-site disposal of all demolition debris is required.

and completion by September 8, 2023.
Award
: It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule.

There is no pre-bid meeting scheduled at this time. Interested bidders can schedule a site visit with the Purchasing Agent listed on the solicitation via email @ julie.brown@iowadot.us.

The Iowa DOT is exempt from sales tax. Sales tax is
