THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW 8339 SQFT, 3000 TON SALT
A. Wood Pole Building consisting of metal panel siding and metal panel roof.
B. New and Existing Precast T's to increase existing storage capacity to 3000T salt storage
C. New asphalt paving and topping of existing asphalt inside of the Precast T's
D. All site work as noted in drawings including: Grading, paving, approaches.
DOT Estimated Start Date: June 5, 2024
Substantial completion date: September 15, 2023
DOT Completion date no later than:
September 30

this shall include all punch list items are completed, any inspections are completed and final has indicated final acceptance. Lead time on materials and installation timeframe once materials is received is critical.
Davis-Bacon wages do not apply.
The contractor needs to be certified installer for pole building Manufacturer.
